We make each of our crossbody purse designs in various strap lengths to accommodate as many people as possible. To help us find the right fit for you, please tell us your height in the “order notes” section of the checkout page. Alternatively, you could state approximately how long you would like the strap to be (measuring from the shoulder to the top of the purse). We will do our best to help you find a great fit!

Shipping & Delivery

We ship fast via USPS and have a variety of quick shipping options to chose from. As holidays get close, we'll ship in a way to try and get it to you on time regardless of what type of shipping you choose! We'll get it to the USPS as fast as possible, but once it's in their hands, it's out of our control! Order early to avoid disappointment.

What can I expect if I order an item on backorder?

Our leather goods are all handmade by the leathersmiths at our workshop. If you purchase an item on backorder, it will typically take between 1-6 weeks before we've finished making it for you depending on our backlog. If it will be towards the longer end of that range, we will contact you and you can choose to continue with your order or cancel it.
