Shipping Policy

When you order something from us for shipment, we’ll ship it as fast as we can. We typically get the orders packaged and ready to go out by noon each weekday. And during the holidays we ship even more frequently to make sure you get your package on time. We package our items with care and minimal plastic (sometimes none). And we typically purchase insurance at our own expense (on packages over $200) to make sure you get your product(s). While we ship fast, we also offer even faster shipping methods if you really need your product sooner than the typical 2 day avg arrival time we’ve come to expect. We are not responsible for shipping provider service delays. If we have delays in leather shipments for products on backorder, we will attempt to notify you of the delay. We will strive to keep our shipping speeds fast, but if we have an unexpected surge in orders, there may be delays and we will do our best to move fast and communicate any changes in shipping speed to you. If the address you provide us is not valid, we message you to confirm/update the address and you verify the invalidated address is correct, we will ship to that address and we are not responsible for any lost items.

Nature Friendly Partner

If you’re interested in reducing your waste, we’re here to help! We already ship many of our items with little to no plastic, but some products are shrink wrapped. Those products will have a “Nature Friendly Partner” checkbox next to the add to cart button. If you choose to partner in being more nature friendly, just click the checkbox before adding the product to your cart. We’ll reduce the amount of plastic used in packaging and shipping your item.

Return Policy

If you receive a product and it doesn’t work for you for whatever reason, we’d be happy to take it back and refund you within 30 days of purchase. To receive a refund, the product must be in new condition and arrive at our shop before we issue a refund. We sometimes offer free shipping on purchases, but we ask that you purchase postage to ship your return back to us.

Your return must include:

  1. The item(s) you want to return.
  2. Your order receipt.
  3. If you placed a phone order, include the information we will need to refund you, such as your name, and phone number so we can contact you to make the refund.

Replacements

If you’d like to replace an item you ordered with something else, your item must not have been used and be in new condition.

Your replacement must include:

  1. The item(s) you want to replace.
  2. Your Order Receipt
  3. A note detailing what you would like to replace the item with. (eg. I ordered a 38″ x 1.25″ black belt and would like to replace it with a 40″ 1.25″ brown belt)
  4. A method of contacting you with questions if we have any. Preferably a phone number and email address.
