Shipping Time
Quick Answer: About 2 days for the majority of customers, with some variance
We hear that many customers, mainland USA, receive their package within 2 days of shipment. This time will of course be longer for overseas shipments.
Your shipping time ultimately determines when you will receive your package. We ship Monday-Friday during a typical month. If you order on a non-business day, your package will go out the next business day, typically around 1-2pm.
During holiday season, we often ship packages twice a day and when possible get into the shop on weekends to package things to go out first thing Monday morning. We do not guarantee this, but we will do our best to get your order out the door. So make sure to place your order according to our standard shipping time.
Turn Around
We track how long it takes us to get your package outdoor from the time your order is received. This average includes weekends when we aren’t open. We pride ourselves in our excellent shipping department who work hard and fast for you. And we think that for a small business, 21-22hrs is pretty darn good (especially when we a ton of orders to ship in a day). When we received 15x the orders we typically get (after an ABC World News feature), this average only went up to 46hrs for that month. The long and short of it is: get your order in and, for the most part, we’ll get it out the door the next day.
